Who we are

Localmade is a website refurbishment and brand design studio based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You can reach us through our contact form.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: for example your name, email address, business name, website address and message. If you refer a business, we also receive the details you share about that business and its contact person. If you introduce yourself on our Join us page, we receive the details you include.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver this website and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and gives us aggregate numbers, not profiles of individual visitors. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your message.
To research a website you submit and prepare ideas or a proposal. We may use AI-assisted tools to review publicly available information about that website.
To run the partner program, including contacting businesses you refer and paying rewards.
To consider you for work with Localmade if you send an introduction.

Where it goes

Form messages are delivered to our business email inbox (Google Workspace) using Cloudflare. Website submissions and referrals are also stored with Cloudflare so our team can follow up. We don’t sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it, or as required for our records (for example, partner payments). You can ask us to delete it at any time.
